At Woodchuck, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted item isn't a perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard furniture and decor.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure wood surfaces remain unscratched during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, securely attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
